Access to real-time flight information is provided by the individual carriers’ in-house reservation system. This system allows the member carriers staff in reservation call centers, airports, and ticket offices, real-time information about Star Alliance member carrier flights as well. This offers customers the benefit of an improved transfer to their destinations and an easier travel experience.
