Passengers needing assistance
- Passengers who are ill or disabled must be approved by their physicians before boarding any flight. They will need to produce the "Certificate of Diagnosis" in triplicate. The "Certificate of Diagnosis" must be signed by the physician and sealed by the medical institution. It will only take effect after the county / municipal or equivalent medical institutions have filled in the results of the passenger’s condition and diagnosis.
- The "Certificate of Diagnosis" is valid if it is completed within 96 hours before flight departure.
- For passengers who have a serious medical condition, the "Certificate of Diagnosis" is only valid if it has been issued within 48 hours before flight departure.
