Pregnant women
  • If the pregnancy is less than 32 weeks, the passenger may board the flight as a general passenger, provided she is not diagnosed as being unfit for air travel.
  • If the pregnancy is between 32 and 35 weeks (not inclusive) the passenger must provide a Certificate of Diagnosis issued by a doctor within 7 days before flight departure. This certificate will only take effect after it has been signed by the doctor and sealed by the medical institution appointed by Air China Limited.
  • If the pregnancy has reached or exceeded 35 weeks, the passenger will not be permitted to board.
